The International Financial Modeling Institute (IFMI) was established to advance the practice of financial modeling and analysis through education, certification, research, and knowledge sharing. IFMI promotes best practices and supports the professional development of financial modelers worldwide.

The Professional Financial Modeler (PFM) Certification Program is IFMI’s international certification, designed to recognize professionals who demonstrate competence in financial modeling through a rigorous and standardized examination process. The PFM designation enhances the credibility and career value of certified professionals.

To strengthen its global standing, the PFM Program has obtained accreditation from the International Accreditation Service (IAS), USA, and from Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN), Indonesia, the national accreditation body authorized by the Government of Indonesia. These accreditations ensure that the PFM Certification is recognized internationally and valued by employers, clients, and stakeholders.
